Electric butterfly valves are a type of electric valve and electric control valve. The main connection methods of electric butterfly valves are: flange type and wafer type; the main sealing forms of electric butterfly valves are: rubber sealing and metal sealing.
The electric butterfly valve controls the opening and closing of the butterfly valve through power signals. This product can be used as a shut-off valve, control valve and check valve in pipeline systems. It is equipped with a manual control device. In case of power failure, it can be temporarily operated manually to avoid affecting its use.
Classification by structural form
(1) Central seal
Single eccentric seal electric butterfly valve.
(3) Double eccentric seal electric butterfly valve.
(4) Three-offset sealed electric butterfly valve.
2. Classification by sealing surface material
(1) The soft seal sealing pair is composed of non-metallic soft materials against non-metallic soft materials. The sealing pair is composed of metallic hard materials against non-metallic soft materials.
(2) Metal hard seal electric butterfly valve. The sealing pair is composed of metal hard materials against metal hard materials.
3. Classification by sealing form
(1) Forced sealing: Elastic sealing electric butterfly valve. The sealing specific pressure is generated by the valve plate squeezing the valve seat when the electric valve is closed, and the elasticity of the valve seat or valve plate. External torque sealing electric butterfly valve, the sealing specific pressure is produced by the torque applied to the valve shaft.
(2) Pressurized sealing electric butterfly valve: The sealing specific pressure is generated by pressurizing the elastic sealing element on the valve seat or valve plate.
(3) Automatic sealing electric butterfly valve: The sealing specific pressure is automatically generated by the medium pressure.
