From August 23 to 24, 2025, Tianjin Water-Seal Valve Co., Ltd. successfully held its annual outdoor “Team Building Day.” The event took place at two scenic locations in Jizhou District, Tianjin—the Huanshan Lake Scenic Area and Limutai. All TWS employees participated and enjoyed a wonderful time filled with laughter and challenges.
Day 1: Splashes & Smiles at Huanshan Lake
On the 23rd, the team-building activities kicked off at the picturesque Huanshan Lake Scenic Area. The crystal-clear lake, nestled amongst the mountains, provided a stunning backdrop. Everyone quickly immersed themselves in this natural setting and participated in a series of diverse and fun water-based activities.
From Valley F1 racing to alpine rafting… employees, working in teams, encouraged one another as they poured their sweat and enthusiasm into the activities amidst the rippling lakes and majestic valleys. The air was filled with constant laughter and cheers. This experience not only provided a much-needed release from the pressures of daily work but also significantly enhanced team cohesion through collaboration.
Day 2: Limutai Mountaineering Challenges Ourselves
On the 24th, the team relocated to Limutai in Jizhou District to undertake a mountaineering challenge. Known for its steep and lush greenery, Limutai presented a demanding climb. Everyone steadily ascended the mountain path, supporting one another and progressing together as a group.
Throughout the climb, the team members demonstrated tenacious perseverance and constantly pushed beyond their limits. Upon reaching the summit and overlooking the majestic mountains, all their fatigue was transformed into a profound sense of accomplishment and joy. This activity not only provided physical exercise but also tempered their willpower, fully embodying the corporate ethos of TWS employees: “fearing no difficulty and united as one.”
