Pneumatic butterfly valve is composed of three parts, solenoid valve, cylinder, valve body, for the maintenance of pneumatic butterfly valve should also start from these three aspects.
1. Check and maintenance of solenoid valve and silencer.
It is recommended that you check and maintain the solenoid valve every 6 months. The main inspection items are: whether the solenoid valve is dirty, whether the spool is free; whether the muffler is dirty and unobstructed; whether the air source is clean and without moisture.
2. Cylinder inspection and maintenance.
In ordinary use, do a good job of cylinder surface cleaning, timely refueling in the cylinder rotating shaft card spring, open the cylinder end head regularly every 6 months, check whether there is debris and moisture in the cylinder, as well as the state of grease. If the grease is missing or is dry, remove the cylinder for full maintenance and cleaning before adding grease.
3. Inspection and maintenance of the valve body.
Every 6 months, check whether the appearance of the valve body is good, whether the flange is leaked, if convenient, and also check whether the valve body seal is good, whether there is no wear, whether the valve plate operation is flexible, whether the valve is stuck with foreign bodies.
