1. Pay attention to the installation environment

2. Avoid additional pressure

Butterfly valves should be installed with support frames where the pipeline is long, and corresponding shock-absorbing measures should be taken in places with severe vibration. In addition, the butterfly valve should pay attention to cleaning the pipeline and removing dirt before installation. When the butterfly valve is installed in the open air, a protective cover should be installed to prevent it from being exposed to the sun and getting wet.
3. Pay attention to the adjustment of equipment
TWS Valve mentioned that the limit of the transmission device of the butterfly valve has been adjusted before leaving the factory, so the operator should not disassemble the transmission device at will. If the butterfly valve transmission device must be disassembled during use, it needs to be restored. Finally, the limit must be readjusted. If the adjustment is not good, the leakage and life of the butterfly valve will be affected.
