AZ Series Resilient seated NRS gate valve is a wedge gate valve and Rising stem (Outside Screw and Yoke)type, and suitable for use with water and neutral liquids (sewage) . The OS&Y (Outside Screw and Yoke) gate valve is mainly used in fire protection sprinkler systems. The main difference from a standard NRS (Non Rising Stem) gate valve is that the stem and stem nut are placed outside the valve body.
